Jessica Yeary has spent the last decade practicing criminal defense and zealously advocating on behalf of her clients. She joined the firm of Caminez & Yeary, P.A. in 2019 after spending nine years at the Public Defender’s Office and some time in private practice. She has handled thousands of cases through initial arrest, discovery process, plea negotiations and jury trials. Her goal in every case is to make sure that she obtains the very best result for her client while also ensuring that the process is fair and her client’s rights are protected.
Mrs. Yeary grew up in Cape Coral, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Criminology and minor certificates in General Education and Management in Non-Profit Organizations. She then attended Stetson University College of Law where she received her law degree. She is the current President of the Tallahassee chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She is also a proud member of Tallahassee Women’s Lawyers and the Tallahassee Bar Association.
Mrs. Yeary is married to attorney Ryan Yeary and they are the proud parents of two young boys.
